SANDRA FINN, PRESIDENT OF CROSS COUNTRY HOME SERVICES, SELECTED AS THE FOURTH-MOST PROMINENT FEMALE EXECUTIVE BY FLORIDA’S WOMAN-LED BUSINESSES STUDY -

Award Demonstrates ‘No-Limits’ Company Culture for Talented Employees

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. - June 4, 2008 - Cross Country Home Services, Inc. (CCHS), the leader in helping companies drive revenue and customer loyalty through a comprehensive set of home warranties, home service plans and homeowner emergency assistance programs, today announced that its president, Sandra C. Finn, was selected as the fourth-most prominent female executive by Florida’s Women-Led Business study. Last year, this same study named Ms. Finn the fifth-most prominent South Florida female executive.

The third-annual research study was conducted by the Center for Leadership at Florida International University in partnership with The Commonwealth Institute of South Florida. The list of Florida’s top 50 woman-led businesses was unveiled today at an awards ceremony. The results of the survey revealed the key characteristics possessed by women leaders, including strategies, career progression, personal motivation, work habits, and life choices, which are then thoroughly examined and analyzed. Approximately 4,000 women executives were invited to participate in the study, with only 127 respondents meeting the study’s requirements.

Rapid Expansion
CCHS is enjoying double-digit growth and projects that it will continue. Recently, the company announced that it plans to open a new facility and add approximately 350 new jobs in South Carolina to enable it to keep pace with this growth.

“As a company, we are passionately focused on operational excellence – because we know that our success is directly linked to our ability to help make our clients successful by delivering results,” said Sandra Finn, President, CCHS. “I am honored to receive the Florida’s Women-Led Business award. My hope is that the next generation of women leaders will be inspired to do exceptional things when they see what is currently being done by female executives right here in South Florida.”

Ms. Finn joined the CCHS in October, 1999 as Executive Vice President and was promoted to President in November 2001. Her prior experience includes 10 years at Cendant Corporation, in such roles as Senior Vice President of Product Management and Call Center Operations, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Business Development. In the 10 years prior to this, she held various management positions at E.F. Hutton & Company.

In 2005, Ms. Finn was honored by the American Business Woman’s Association with the Spirit of Excellence Award. Ms. Finn holds a B.A. from Brown University and a M.B.A. from New York University. She is active in the South Florida community as a member of the City of Hollywood Advisory Committee and contributes her time to several educational, environmental and community organizations.
