"I called on a Friday afternoon, and within 30 minutes or less I was speaking to the technician. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning. He arrived, assessed the problems, explained how it would work and jotted down all the information. He called for approval, and within an hour or two, it was approved and we had made arrangements for him to return on Monday morning to complete the work. Very easy, and very, very timely! The technician was...very polite and efficient and explained it all, and was very helpful in answering my questions. I was very pleased, and I have already called in to leave a comment in regard to this gentleman. I was very satisfied!"

"This coverage is automatic with my mortgage, but I see no reason to cancel. With the high cost of appliances, A/C units, etc, it is crazy not to invest with you. I also inquired with the companies you employ and they say they have had no problems with your company paying them, whereas some companies out there just take a person's money but do not follow through on fixing anything, or companies doing the work won't accept work because the warranty company has a history of not paying. Obviously you all have a good track record. This makes me feel good about you."
