Cross Country Home Services Announces Appointment Of Steven E. Upshaw As CEO

SUNRISE, FL  - May 21, 2015 – Cross Country Home Services, Inc. (CCHS), a leading provider of home service programs and a member of The Cross Country Group, announced today that Steven E. Upshaw will become the company's new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 29, 2015.  Mr. Upshaw will replace Joseph J. Incandela, who is retiring to pursue other interests after a successful nine-year tenure in the position.

Mr. Upshaw previously worked at Affinion Group, Inc., where he rose through a variety of senior management roles, including most recently as president of the company.
