Partnership requirements

We invite you to join our nationwide service network.

All applicants are required to:

  • Submit to background checks.
  • Be fully licensed in their trade(s).
  • Carry commercial general liability insurance of $1,000,000 combined single limit and in general annual aggregate.
  • Carry automobile liability insurance for all utilized vehicles of $300,000 combined single limit per accident or $100,000 bodily injury per person/$300,000 bodily injury per accident and $50,000 property damage per accident.
  • Maintain workers compensation, including coverage for proprietors and partners where permitted.
  • List Cinch Home Services as a certificate holder and additional insured.
  • Share our "Digital First" commitment to job management by using automated and web technologies to interact with us and our customers.
  • Sign up for automatic payments.
  • Download the required application documents. After completing the documents, fill out and submit the application below. To complete your application include: a signed terms of agreement, service rates, zip code coverage, all valid licenses and certificates of insurance.
