The serviceman repaired our oven before the Thanksgiving holiday so that we could enjoy our turkey-baked dinner. However b/c of the fault light he must return b/c a F9 is still in need of service. We did phone back the very same day of the repair of the oven therefore, we were told that we will not be charged again. I just love this service.
