"I am unemployed at this time, trying to find work. My dryer breaks, I feel like my world is spinning. I totally forgot about home warranty then it came to me and I called. The lady I spoke to was really understanding and helpful... She told me that the repairman would come out and determine what was wrong. I had a deductible. I was okay with that. She told me they could come anytime that week. When I was done I felt like one problem was lifted."

"The serviceman came in, introduced himself and went to the dryer. I told him the dryer wouldn't move/turn. He said okay, let me look and see. I left him, he came back and told me it was fixed. He had to repair the blower. I was happy I didn't have to go to the laundry mat to dry clothes...money I didn't have. I paid my deductible and my appliance was repaired. I had no surprises."
