"The service representative at first told me that they were sending [service provider] to fix my washer and it was going to be a few days before they would make it to my home. To take time off where I work I have to give 21 days advance notice. When I explained to her that I had taken off from work (Monday) and that my next day off would be Wednesday. I asked her to see if she could send anyone other than [that particular service provider] and she transferred me to another line. It was great because I was able to get someone that same day. That was an amazing service. One that I am totally grateful for since it is not easy for me just to take off from work."
